Shipping Coverage

Mirrorholics currently ships to customers across India.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended.

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, Mirrorholics cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.


Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer:

FREE SHIPPING on all orders across India.

No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Customers can use the tracking information provided in the email to monitor the progress of their shipment.

Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Currently, Mirrorholics does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

All orders must be prepaid using the payment methods available at checkout.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.

Mirrorholics shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


Damaged Shipments

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process a claim, customers must provide:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • A complete and unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened from the sealed condition

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Lost Packages

In the rare event that a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier partner, customers may be eligible for a refund after verification and investigation.

Mirrorholics reserves the right to coordinate with the shipping carrier before approving any refund request related to a lost package.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.


Delivery Delays

Mirrorholics shall not be held liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Public holidays

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Other events beyond our reasonable control
