Return & Refund Policy

At Mirrorholics, every product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

No Returns & No Refunds

All products sold by Mirrorholics are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Preference changes after delivery

  • Minor variations in color, finish, or appearance due to screen settings and photography

  • Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery

Please review product descriptions, dimensions, and images carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for review, customers must provide:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully revealed

The unboxing video must:

  • Be continuous and unedited

  • Clearly show the package condition before opening

  • Clearly show any damage or issue discovered

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be approved.


How to Report an Issue

To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at:

Your email should include:

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the product

  • Unboxing video attachment or file link

Claims submitted after 3 days from the delivery date will not be considered.


Resolution Process

Once we receive and verify your claim, Mirrorholics may, at its sole discretion:

  • Provide a replacement product

  • Provide store credit

  • Offer another suitable resolution

Refunds are generally not provided unless required by applicable law.


Right to Reject Claims

Mirrorholics reserves the right to reject claims if:

  • No unboxing video is provided

  • The claim is reported after 3 days of delivery

  • The damage occurred after delivery due to customer handling, installation, misuse, or negligence

  • Evidence provided is insufficient for verification
