  • The item is not listed under the "Non-Returnable Items" section below.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

Returns submitted outside the eligible return window may not be accepted.


4. Refund Process

In such cases, return shipping costs may be covered by Mirrorholics.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence

  • Products showing signs of use or alteration

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective)

  • Gift cards and digital products (if applicable)

  • Products returned without original packaging

Mirrorholics reserves the right to determine return eligibility based on product condition and circumstances.


8. Return Shipping Costs

If the Return is Due to:

  • Damaged product

  • Defective product

  • Incorrect item shipped

Mirrorholics may cover the return shipping cost.

If the Return is Due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Preference change

  • Ordering the wrong product

The customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Any applicable return shipping deductions will be communicated before the refund is processed.


9. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be possible and the order may need to go through the return process after delivery.
